When you are looking to place your order, please leave description of the device within the ‘order notes.’ Failure to do so has the potential to delay turnaround time of the unit. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours with our ship to information. From there, we will be with you each step of the way until your newly purged device is back in your hands (we pay the return shipping).
