Refund, Returns and Cancellations Policy

All sales are final. In the case of products carrying manufacturer warranty, defective covered items will be replaced or repaired by said manufacturer. It is the sole responsibility of the respective manufacturers to determine if a device or component is considered defective.

It is the buyers responsibility to confirm product information with OTN Solutions Group prior to ordering. We advise contacting us prior to placing and ordering to confirm accuracy prior to processing payment once an order has been placed.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the concern and make it right.

If you require a cancellation due to an extenuating circumstance, submit an email to otnsolutionsgroup@gmail.com specifying your order number and reason for requesting a cancellation. OTN Solutions Group will review the cancellation request and holds sole ability to allow or deny the request. If allowed, the cancellation will be subject to a cancellation/restocking fee of 15%.

Night Vision Device Purchase Agreement

Purchases of NVDs MUST have matching billing/shipping address upon purchase, else will be subject to order cancellation and refunding.

Purchaser Agreement

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OTN Solutions Group, its owners, members, licensors, and suppliers from and against all loses, expenses, damages, and costs. Including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your purchase.
