Night Vision Devices
All pre-assembled monocular devices carry a ten year manufacturer’s warranty* (dependent on mfg. may be transferrable).
“In-House Built” Night Vision Devices
Unless otherwise stated, in-house built night vision devices sold by OTN Solutions Group LLC carry a transferable* (authorization required) ten year warranty on PVS-14’s; factory systems and finished goods are subject to their manufacturer warranty. This covers the housing and image intensifier of your unit against manufacturer/workmanship defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from use, modified or disassembled devices, devices with serial number or any part thereof altered, defaced, destroyed, or removed, or any condition or happenstance induced by an external variable. It is up to the sole discretion of OTN Solutions Group LLC to determine and allow or deny any warranty concern or claim. In the event a concern is covered, we will either repair or replace the product or component, provided a like for like replacement is attainable. There may be varying timeframes in repairing or replacing a product or component. A timeframe estimate will be provided if your warranty claim is authorized. Bear in mind, this is an estimate and may vary in being either shorter than the projected timeframe or longer depending on various factors.
This warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or negligence
- Products used in an inappropriate manner
- Abuse
- Modified or altered products
- Products altered or repaired by anyone other than OTN Solutions Group LLC or its factory manufacturers
- Light exposure, laser exposure, over exposure
- Impact damage
- Other external variables not described
No other warranties will be applied other than this warranty.

- Reason for request with description of condition/concern
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Device Serial Number
The user is responsible for mailing their product to OTN Solutions Group LLC and assumes all liabilities in product safety and transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
*To request a warranty transfer you must contact us with your order number and device serial number. We will then coordinate a device evaluation which you will need to send your device and data sheet in for inspection. You must contact us requesting a transfer and obtain authorization prior to sending any shipments. The user/customer is responsible for any and all shipment and transit charges and liabilities.
Finished Goods
OTN Solutions Group also sells products and accessories manufactured or produced by other companies. These items will maintain a warranty through the manufacturer.
Purchaser Agreement
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OTN Solutions Group, its owners, members, licensors, and suppliers from and against all loses, expenses, damages, and costs. Including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your purchase.
Limitation of Liability
OTN Solutions Group LLC will not be liable for any claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages or liabilities arising out of the use of any OTN Solutions Group LLC product or service. Operation and use of products are the sole responsibility of the Customer. OTN Solutions Group LLC exclusive undertaking is limited to providing the products and services outlined herein in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The stipulation of products sold and services performed or rendered by OTN Solutions Group LLC to the Customer shall not be interpreted, construed, or regarded, either expressly or implied, as being for the benefit of or creating any obligation toward any third party of legal entity outside of OTN Solutions Group LLC and the Customer; OTN Solutions Group LLC obligations under this Agreement extend solely to the Customer. OTN Solutions Group LLC liability hereunder for damages, regardless of the form or action, shall not exceed the fees or other charges paid to OTN Solutions Group LLC by the customer or customer’s dealer. OTN Solutions Group LLC shall not, in any event, be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost income, lost revenue, or lost profit, whether such damages were foreseeable or not at the time of purchase, and whether or not such damages arise out of a breach of warranty, a breach of agreement, negligence, strict liability or any other theory of liability, in the scope of OTN Solutions Group LLC interpretation and view.
